Who we are and what we do

LBS Homes is Lance McDonald, Bruce Hollowell and Shawn Stevens. The three of us have worked in the construction service industry for over 50 combined years. We are devoted to helping you select the home that best fits your needs and your budget. Our experienced and dedicated construction team works closely together with you to ensure that your home is built to the highest level of satisfaction.

At LBS Homes, we believe that building a new home is one of your family's most important investments. We are always honored to have the opportunity to build a new home for a customer. We look forward to building a mutually rewarding relationship when you decide to build your next home.

In addition to building custom homes, we provide remodeling or home addition services with the same dedication to detail. Feel free to contact us if you are looking to improve your existing home.

We looked at homes in all the communities on our list and a pattern started to emerge, in almost every community we found one or two homes we absolutely loved. We would ask who the builder was and every time we were told "LBS Homes". Community after community the answer was the same “LBS Homes”. We are of the opinion that none of the other homes even came close to the high standard we had set.

We are so pleased with the quality of construction from start to finish. The subcontractors, from foundation and framing, to tiling, painting (especially the painters!), carpet-laying...all were excellent and really knew what they were about. When there were problems, these were addressed promptly and in a cheerful manner. You and all of the subcontractors made us feel as if getting our house right was a top priority. In today's world when so many people do just enough to “get by”, it was refreshing and inspiring to work with people who take pride in a job well done.
